HQM - Basic Config Options
These trainings cover the basic configuration options for the HQM Web Portal that are needed to complete measures configuration for a selected reporting program. Each training option listed can be found as a link under CONFIG in the HQM Portal if logged in as a ClientAdmin user.
As new training videos become available they will be posted here.
· Practices – This training covers how to add, remove or review which practices are participating in reporting. The practices training also reviews the following options found in the Practices screen: Credited Provider, PHR Enabled, GPRO TIN, Locations, Providers, POS Inclusion
· Provider Email, NPI, TIN – How to verify or edit Providers email, NPI and TIN
· Measures – How to add measures for a measures program, view existing provider measures, remove measures or edit measure reporting periods
· Exclude Test patients – Reviews how to use the Exclude Test Patients functionality to exclude test patients in your production data from measures reporting by manual entry or batch upload, and also removing incorrectly excluded patients.
