During this session, we'll focus on Step 7 of the 12 Steps to Upgrade Success

We will focus on:
•  Areas of PM preference, File Maintenance, PM memorized reports, EHR based reports, KBM System/Practice templates, and KBM development Best Practices
•  Updating the Testing Plan document to account for changes that can be verified/validated during testing
