Managing Configurations and Customizations

This session focuses on the non-production environment building process associated with the Steps to Upgrade Success. This specifically covers the areas of practice management preferences, file maintenance, practice management memorized reports, EHR based reports, clinical system/practice templates, and clinical template development best practices. We will also go over SQL scripts to help you identify current configurations and customizations, as well as help you learn what to do with the information.
